When you submit an audit request we collect your email address and the URL you provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring page) for security and analytics purposes.

2. How we use it

Your email is used solely to deliver your audit report. We may send occasional product updates — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

The URL you submit is fetched and processed to generate your audit. We may retain anonymised audit data to improve our scoring models.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

4. Data retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hi@aiseo.land.

5. Third-party services

We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, and AI model APIs) to operate the service. These providers may process submitted URLs and report data as part of delivering the service. They are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
